Community Conversations are an initiative pioneered by the Office of LGBT Affairs and Mayor’s Commission on LGBT Affairs to cultivate an interactive forum to share ideas and concerns pertaining to the Philadelphia LGBTQIA community. The Community Conversation format encourages a proactive and engaging approach to addressing pertinent issues in our community and working collaboratively to identify solutions.
This month’s Community Conversation focuses on the recent events and leadership transitions at Mazzoni Center. We invite all community members together as we hold space for those involved and work to reach a place of collective understanding and healing while forging a path forward together.
In the interest of time, remarks will be coordinated before the event, and priority will be given to current and former Mazzoni staff and clients.
